• Sound Therapy – With Sound Therapy I use the vibrations from my tuning forks to relax, retune, energise and heal the body, mind and spirit.
  
  
• Access Conciousness Bars®️ – With Access Bars®️  I gently touch various points on the head, causing the energy charge to run and thoughts, emotions and judgments to dissipate, kind of like a reset of the mind to heal the body.
  
  
• Reiki – Reiki is an ancient healing modality that promotes healing by channelling energy through the hands. I facilitate the delivery of universal energy to an individual to support vitality and promote the body’s innate healing ability.

My Story:

I worked in the corporate arena for 30 years as an insurance broker for top companies in SA. My son passed away in an accident in August 2017, which led me on a spiritual journey to discover the meaning of life. On my journey I realized that we all deserve to do what makes us happy and I discovered that healing is my life purpose. 

What I offer:

I love helping people heal and use the modalities of sound therapy, Reiki and Access Bars®️. These are gentle, non-invasive, alternative therapies that work on the energy from which we are all made up. These therapies can benefit and assist particularly in stress relief, anxiety, sleeplessness and dealing with grief, among other dis-eases in the body.
